Over the last decade, as you know, integrative medicine has slowly made inroads into public awareness. However, until now there has been no organized, effective way to inform the public about their choices. Meanwhile, pharmaceutical companies are spending billions of dollars to educate consumers about their drugs-as if that were the only alternative.

We know there's a better way…and holistic practitioners are slowly gaining recognition. Even today, though, since most people lack education about alternatives, they still go the "see the physician" route when they're ill. They just don't consider alternative options. Obviously, this won't change until we can compete aggressively with the status quo.
